Singles and dating question / should i ask her out?

Well, if you really like her and think that things will go well, why don't you go ahead and ask her to go out with you? Its cute when a guy tells the girl the way he feels about her (about being more than friends) annnd you won't get anywhere if you don't take any risk in life .... maybe you'll get your first kiss :) who knows? just take a risk! :D
