EDD- how do you know when does your UI claim expires?

Looking for jobs after jobs and it's very tough out there. I was wondering if there is anyway to find out when does your 99 weeks run out In California? I have been receiving my UI claim for quiet a while and yet not have reached to the tier where they start checking the "give information where you looked for jobs" box. Does anyone have an idea what tier I might be in/how long I might have to collect? Does everyone start to receive claim form with the" give information where you looked for jobs" box checked or it's only for certain individuals?
