Is this a possible pregnancy sign?

Been trying to get pregnant for our first and hoping this may be our month but unsure of the sudden change in cervical mucus. I've been waiting out a full 5 days of my missed period before i test in case theres a chance of starting late, which has happened and so far- nothing. So everything has been on the baby track but then all of a sudden today in the bathroom there was quite a change in cervical mucus when I wiped, as in increase. Is this a possible pregnancy sign or is this aunt flow showin her face?
