Should I forget about him or is this normal? Help please!?

This guy told me he was going to meet me at 5:30 and so I got there around 5:45. I texted him and no reply..I called him 5 minutes later and hedidn'tt pick up. Then 5 minutes later hetext edd me back and said he was coming up..and hour later at 7, he finally showed up. We hung out for an hour and we took a walk. All he wanted to talk about was sex though there were a few other things we talked about. Then at 8 he said he had a cousins grad party he had to go to. So we walked back down the street to my car and as we did he said bye and gave me a hug. and then said bye and he walked into his FRIEND'S house. So i was likeumm okay and walked to my car..then he called me about 2 minutes later and asked for a ride to his house..I said no..was I wrong to do this? should I forget about him?
